We have a TC1G that homes xy&z ok but the Carousel isnt moving anymore.. i get an alarm message "TlChg: Carousel Timeout"... cant do any toolchanges.. any ideas on how to correct this or manually open and rotate Carousel.. Thanks TOM |

| What control? Assuming DX control There is a IO module for the tool changer. Power comes in on J10 and J11. There are no external contactors or relays. This board controls the power to the tool carossel motor and tool arm motor. It should have LED on it to tell you if a output is turned on. If LED is on, power is there, and no output you may have a bad component on the board. George
