No Led's on FMDC

Hello,
I am trying to get a Series I R2E4 going. My problem is this, I have no Led's, anywhere. Not on the FMDC, not on the front of the machine, nothing. I have 125 vac going into the power supply. I have nothing coming out. I believe I am checking it right. I can't find my manuals, I'm afraid they went out with the Series II R2E3 we sold last year.

Any help?
I need to get this working fast!!

It was the logic power supply.
