Hello - I am looking for somebody who has a Heidenhain TNC 155Q control with a working 4th axis who is willing to tell me the Heidenhain part# of the encoder that it uses. I am building a 16" CNC rotary table for my machine and need to find the correct encoder that will connect to the controller. Even better yet would be finding someone who wants to sell such an encoder.... |

on the Heidenhain TNC155 has only to possibilities. If the rotary encoder is fitted to the center of the table the line count must be either 18000 or 36000. Those encoders are very expensive. If you fit the encoder to the motor then you need to calculate the ratio of the motor/table and come up with the same line number / table turn. The signal of the encoder must be 11uApp (16uApp in the older version do well) Jukka |
