Got a problem with my Eztrack DX II lube system. The pump seems to work but very little or no lube appears on the bedways. It pumps ok up to the point where the pipe disapears into the saddle. I've tried pumping lube through it with a hand pump but not much comes out. Is there any way of cleaning the lube pipes without removing the bed? |

Hello Neil I have just bought an EZPLUS which is the later version of yours, with it I got the lube pump instructions, check to see if the manual knob pulls up and rotates if it does then turn it anti-clockwise while lifting up and this increases the amount of oil per pumped per motor revolution and if it also has a pressure gauge you will see the pressure increase as well. if you need a natter about it please ring 01159389014 (Nottingham) Cheers Colin. |
