Looking for maintenance manual or alarm list for series 1 cnc. Does anybody know where I can download a pdf?

You can get a CDROM of the maintenance manual at machinemanuals.net.
I do not know of a alarm list for the older stepping BOSS machines.

MY CONTROLLER HAS AN ALARM 70007 DISPLAYED ON THE SCREEN, I NEED TO KNOW WHAT IT MEANS. CAN YOU PLEASE HELP?

From experiences I have had, that usually means the LSI-11 (DEC KD11L board) is not functioning. The mother board.
