My 87 INT 412 with 151 Cntr shows the message : Y axis oveloded and shuts down. Check brushes in the motor/ they look good/ table move freely by hand / lubrication ok, called Heidenhain,they said it is Bridgeport message .Can not find in the maintnance manual. Any suggestion please. Machine has a very litlle use. In Last 20 years it was working maybe 2years single shift short production and prototype alum and plastic parts.Thanks .Jurek Last edited by Jurek; 02-14-2009 at 02:55 PM.  |
