Over the past several years, I've done a lot of private study about/into the BMDC control system used on the TOrque CUt and various other BPT machines.

I"ve gotten a lot of info for the other BMDC machines but I've come to a dry hole when it comes to the TOrq CUt. (IE install disks, schematics, IC info, lots of stuff)

SPecifically, I"ve trying to understand the PWM drive stystem used on the DC servo TOrq Cut.

"Ive asked for and guys have been cooperative enough to help me with wiring schematics for the TOrq Cut. If anybody, has schematics on PDF, I'd appreciate copies as all i have (coming) are paper copies - i do not have nor do I have access to a scanner. I"m also of the impression that Torq Cutr is not the same as the TC's. Likewise help there too would be helpful.

As far as the drives go, I"ve recently acquired a used drive off Ebay. I hope to be able to use it to reverse engineer the drive so as to understand the drive logic.

ONe thing that is CRUCIAL to the drive of the Torq Cut is the PWMINT card. It is a card that is piggy backed onto the BMDC. IT converts the analog +/-10 vdc drive to the PWM drive scheme the Torq Cut DC drives use. Does anyone have e a schematic or any info from oem manuals for these cards/drives?

As EMI is now the EXCLUSIVE service agent for these systems/parts, it is hardly in their better interest to share the info that they have/may have. When it comes to schematics, especially when it come to this sort of hard core information, I hope that someone may have something on about them as I"m not expecting EMI to be free or even reasonable with any info on them. 'Tis not in their interest to give out such info.
