I have a BP series II interact 4, TNC 150 control I was milling some 1.75 hex flats on some alum, noticed an issue. When I measure across the flats, they are all different from one side to another, one set consistently off about .006. My guess is that x-y are not "tuned" if that is the right word. I havent tried one, but if I milled a circle, I bet it would not be very round. So, can I adjust this out using the parameters? Or some other method? Last edited by spock; 12-02-2008 at 03:48 PM. |
