Hi, I have Bridgeport Series II Interact II with TNC 151. My problem is if there is possible to control spindle (except start and stop - this is working) from the program. It doesn't matter what speed and direction I set in program, spindle always starts with speed/direction as set with manual buttons. When spindle switch is set to off, nothing happens. Is this correct for this machine? Or something is damaged? Please help. Pawel. |

| M3 is clockwise rotation and M4 is counter-clockwise in your programming. I have a Series II Interact 4 using TNC155b, so there maybe some differences. Your spindle speed is set in the program right behind the "S" in your program. Hope this helps and answers your question. Ben |

| Hi, This I know, but it has no matter what's in program, i have to choose manually left or right direction, also speed. i found on another thread, that my machine has varispeed head, and with this model, i have to do this manually. It has no tacho for speed metering. pawel. |

| The interact 4 has a electric spindle drive. It supports M03 and M04. The interact 2 does not. It has the same mechanical vari-disc drive as a series 1 standard. Thus the manual spindle start. George
