ajitsingh is on a distinguished road
advice on angle milling without vice on bp series 1 cnc

bp series 1 cnc . retrofit with geckos. wants to mill at 45 degree without tilting the vice or job( size of job is heavy). as the head is not universal. please advice on any attachment for that.

Hi ajitsingh

You could make a angle plate for your job or get a sine plate you can also cut out to plates with your machine any angle you want fasten these to your table I have some small ones I will attach a photo these are small but will give you the idea what to do this works well you make them in pairs to support your work fasten how ever you like to a base plate or stright to the table etc
