| Where do you live? Post up pics, maybe I'll buy them! I'll even remove and arrainge rigging and pick-up. Honestly, it depends a lot about the condition of the spindle, the ways, the acme screws or ballscrews, variable speed or step pulley heads, ect ect ect. You would really need someone to look over them. You could just call a surpluss buyer and I'm sure they would pick them up and pay you scrap prices, but an educated sales add could net you a couple of bucks. In NE Ohio, I manage to find pleanty of Bridgeport mills in fair to good condition for $1000 to $2000 each, private owner, if you take the time to look around. The used machinery dealers and industrial surpluss shops manage to sell them for $3000 to $5000, so your more than likely sitting on a couple of bucks. I'll take it you bought a forclosed house? |
