Any idea where to find some mechanical parts for TC4, such as carousel tool holders and Y axis cover assemblies?

I have the information you are wanting for the way covers I just have to find it the fingers for the tool changer you can make them just copy from a good set

The Y axis covers are made of Stainless Steel, with some 3 telescopic segments each.

The part numbers according to the service manual are 11625866 for the front one and 11625867 for the rear.

I found the tool holder fingers on ebay, at $38 each.

I appreciate any information regarding the covers.

Yes the way covers are ss still looking for the information we had some made just 3 months ago that was good you found some fingers

BptParts.com have them to like for $40

What control do you have

The control is DX32.

The problem we have with the Y axis way covers is they were removed by the previous owner. He told me they had some problem with cooling fluid penetrating the motor.

They installed an improvised impermeable fabric in order to avoid the coolant reaching the area and never returned the original covers.

I don't like this setup and I am very much interested to restore the original.
