On a tnc 151
When I power up I get a error message
"relay. ext. dc voltage missing "
Any help would be appreciated.

That is normal. Usually the first thing you when you turn on the machine is wait for the prompt and then press the CE button. After that the next step is to start the drives when that message comes up.

The message"relay.ext. dc voltage is missing" is after the initial startup "power interrupted "that I always clear with the CE.

You will get this IF you powered up with the Emergency Stop button pushed in or if you have a dead 24VDC power supply.
