Wink EZ Track DX cmos

Found this site while looking for info, previous threads helped alot already THANKS!!!! Any way replaced battery now need help loading cmos, my computer skills are less than average, seems to have 486 mother board, 31542042 Disk drive, Trident HD ?? Tried loading the numbers of the top of the hard drive in "C" comes back as hard drive and disk drive not working,This machine has a power Z that was installed before I purchased it, All worked fine untill battery failed any advise would be GREAT

Hope the battery did not leak and damage the mother board.
If you do a search for this issue, a lot of data should come up as it is quite common. But there are also a number of variables.
Trident, is usually a video card.
The mass storage device may be a hard drive, f-disked to an unknown capacity, thus it is hard to tell you what to put in, but it will not be greater than 528MB. The Bios will not support anything bigger. It may also be a flash card, or a Disk on a module, etc.
Again, typically, boot the control, press CONTROL ALT and DELETE at the same time, this will reboot the control (you will need to attach a full size keyboard).
Press delete and it should go into your CMOS with standard settings highlighted. Press enter twice to get past a warning screen.
Set time, date, floppy type, hard drive parameters, and turn off the keyboard test.
There are too many variables to walk you through all the CMOS pages. Do you have a geek friend?

Thanks, did search found lots more info. Got the ez track up and running, couldnt of done it without all of the great help!!!!!!!!!!!!
