I have a tc22 and a tc30, both experience nvram errors randomly during long 3d cuts. Any advice on eliminating these problems? Terrible thing about this prob is that it drops the ram about .050" when it occurs, not good on finish passes! thx guys. |

| Long 3D cuts require a data stream from the hard drive, through the mother board to the BMDC. How old is the hard drive? Last defrag and scandisk? Or are you using flash memory? They have limited read/write life. Does your mother board have a heat sink on the processor or a heat sink/fan assembly? Have you checked your logic power supply voltage and fan? Heat could play a factor here. Have you cleaned and reseated your BMDC board? Tried a different ISA slot if available? How is the air filter on the back cabinet? Z drop may be due to time lag between drives dropping out and Z brake engaging. George
