    Superior Motor Wiring

I just acquired a Superior Motor and was going to put it on my Series 1. The inside layout looks different than the Sigmas and there is no back cover on this motor. Does anyone have the wiring schematic for the Superior?

I don't have my motor in front of me but found a few notes I made.
    looks like I connected 7+8 and 6+2, 7+5, 1+6, 2+3, 4+8 are the coils.
If you search you will find the wiring and colors online, look in the pdfs for parker drives[?]. I take it you can see the terminal numbers.

Yes, I can see the terminal numbers.

Before I fry something, here is what I came up with:
    X1 - white/white 1 - 6 coil
    X2 - white/black 2 - 3 coil
    X3 - white/red 5 - 7 coil
    X4 - white/green 4 - 8 coil
    X5 - white/yellow 6 - 2 - jumped
    X5 - white/blue 7 - 8 - jumped

    thanks

Well, on all of my Superior 8 lead stepper motors:
    1 - Red
    2 - white
    3 - red/white
    4 - green/white
    5 - green
    6 - black
    7 - orange
    8 - black/white

I also have a 6 lead Superior and a 4 lead. What is the model number on the motor you have?
    Alan
