Interact TNC150b set up problems (help)

Hi.
Does anyone have any info for working out the backlash compensation parameters?
Its an interact 1 with a TNC150b retrofit controller.
We lost all the parameters and had to re input them, but the ones we do not have are the backlash figures.
Now round holes are a very strange shape!
Any help would be great.

This is my 1st post but i've been logging on to the site for a while. Lots of useful info.

Download the installation and interfacing manual,read it all very carefully.Pay careful attention to the parameters relating to servo movements.Backlash should be measured,parameters from someone else`s machine are no good to you.I would do a tune on the servo drives before altering parameters.
I`ve got an Interact with a 150B control but do not have the parameters here.PM if you still need them and I`ll get them tomorrow.
