Bridgeport Interact 308 user manual PLS.!!!!

Dear Friends;

I bought this machine USED, and i dont know why one of the part doesnt work or maybe i dont know how to use it so i relly needs the User manual, pls. HELP !!!!!

Anyway i find out everything work, But the Tool Changer is doesnt work
so anyone know how can i make it work ,pls help !!!

I bought it from kind of like technical institute

My Machine details are:

Bridgeport
Intract 308
Control: Heidenhain TNC 2500
