I have a problem with the VMC1000. COntroller is a Heidenhain TNC426 PF. Initial problem was the ER module. Send the ER module for repair and DC bus bar supply is good now. But another problem crops up, the Heidenhain Power Supply Logic Unit is not working good. Internal electronics component seems to be giving way (blown off). Get the Logic Unit for repair. tried once again. Other component is blown off again. Even the fuse (4amp ceramic fuse) at the ER module also blown off. I thought of replacing the Logic unit(heidenhain) with a new one but very reluctant. Worried it will blow off the component inside. I am lost now. COuld anyone give me some clue what could be the problem. Appreciate all input from you guys. Thks. Jason  |
