my variable speed pully looks warped and is causeing my machine to shake when it slows down. when it is running it has a waw waw noise. i just replaced the top and bottom bearings in the speed change pully and hub. the varible speed motor bottom pully with the spring under it is fine it turns true. so i took off the spring, the bottom pully, and then put the top pulley back on and turned the motor on and still have a warp to it. i have a brand new pully and key .the motor shaft is new, i put a dial inicator on it .001 off only. the bore on the pulley is around 1.1795 and the shaft on the motor is 1.1785. i really dont know what to do at this point. alex |
