Parameters on Cobra 42 Hardinge

Hey all,
I've got a cobra 42 and want to change the bar feed from a existing Fedek DH65 to a Hydrafeed Mulitfeed ML1. We've got a local technican who's looked at both barfeeds and reckons the control are the same in both bar feeds(Mitsubishi) and will not need any adjustments to the hardinge, sounds to good to be true!!!!
BUT, to be on the safe side it would be nice to know the parameters of the Hardinge which concern control of bar feeds or any words of wisdoms about doing this????
The Hardinge has a Fanuc 21tb controller
