Hi, I have some problem with this VMC1000 machine with a Heidenhain controller TNC426. After doing some repair on the ER module (seimens). We have got the 600VDC to the bus bar supplying to the Drives. The machine is able to power up. After running a program, the machine comes up with a "Motor Z:- Speed not equal to Imax" and "Excessive servo Lag in Z". What could porbably be the problem. Hope you gentlemen could give me some thoughts. thks |
