EZTrak CRT

The small 8" or 9" Monochrome CRT on my EZTrak controller finally gave out. It just went black. I was kind of expecting it because it was getting dimmer and dimmer lately. Does anyone know where I can get a replacement or does anyone know where I can find a small flat panel that would fit in the opening. I am temporarily running with a standard 15" color CRT. I plugged it in and it displays fine. It's actually a little better because it is in color and much bigger. The downside is I don't want that monster sitting on top of my machine. It's too big. I have found a few 9.2" and 10.4" flat panels (screen only) on magical world of ebay, but I'm not sure if they would work. If I'm not mistaken, I just need one with a VGA connector. Obviously most standard computer screens will work because of my temporary use of a 15" monitor. All help and input is much appreciated.
