spindle don't start in interact 412

Hello to all in the forum
I have one vmc interact 412 with control tnc151, the spindle have a motor fanuc model 3 with one drive AC (A20B-1001-0120) also fanuc, the problem is that the spindle don't turn with command m03 or m04. the state of the machine when command m03 o m04 is:
1.- the parameters of the machine seem to be well
2.- the tnc send correct reference analogue voltage
3.- the spindle drive have corrects parameters and the display are fine (shows 00000) the voltages in the drive pcb are fine.
4.- the motor fanuc its fine (rotate when is conect directly)

All seems to be fine but when command for example s100 and m03, the motor don't turn and the load meter reach the top and in the vdu not appear any alarm only the * indicador flashing, and the drive not change their state.
any advice or guide give me great help.
