Help! I have a bunch of new r8 spindles sitting around and they dont have a part # on them, I would like to sell some of them off but I dont know what model they are for. I could get the measurements, but I am not sure what to do with them. Is anybody interested or have any suggestions? |

| yes, it is a brand new r8 spindle with bearings. The overall length is 21.5 inches. I currently have one on ebay here is the link http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...=tab%3DSelling I am willing to sell them of ebay as well. |

| Ditto, me thinks BT30. R8 wouldn't have the drive lugs on the bottom. Still none the less an excellent deal. I buy one for spare (for my V2XT if it would fit & if I had the spare 350.)

| It is a BT-30. I wouldn't mind having one. Just for your info - they have been selling for the last year on E-bay for less than half of what you are asking. Scott

| Price - It depends on whether they are geniune BP or Taiwan. Are the lower bearings ABEC7 or 3? You might have to take apart a little to see exactly what the precision bearings are. They are not built like the R8 J-head spindles. There is no locking nut on the top bearing and it looks (on the Ebay pic) like there is some form of adjuster right above the upper precision bearing. Can you post a pic of the lower section? |
