At start the monitor is not shone. Documentation are not present. Who that will tell ?

I think that a monitor is normal as it did not almost work. Illuminating from beneath of keyboard burns

All safety locks normal. Illumination of the keyboard is shone only. During the moment of deenergizing of a feed there is a luminescence of the screen and display for position values and display for entry values during 0.1 seconds.
