Hi, we was using our old Nc mill yesterday and everything was working fine. Until the 3´rd time we ran the program. Then the whole mill started to vibrate and sounded really wierd. Suddenly it stopped and error message Large position error occured on the screen. We restarded the d*mn thing and now it wont activate the relay for the "Power on" function to the servos ( yellow button ). I´ve measured the button and there nothing wrong there, is it possible that it could only be the relay that´s broken? Or is there anything wrong with the servo motors? Please does anyone have any clue? /Johan.

| Possibly the spindle locked up and tripped a overload? Started to single phase and tripped an overload? Check all fuses. George
