    Talking rs232 cable

as most of you know i don,t know what im doing most of the time, but i,ll keep blundering along. i need to make a rs232 cable but the diagram in the book goes from a 25 pin to a 25 pin so how do i do it with a 25 pin on the bpr2c3 with heidenhaintnc145 to a pc witha 9 pin plug. i,ll try anything and i would appreciate any help
    thanks Dar
ps just a funny story. i scrapped a job the other day and couldn,t do it after 2 more trys. my wife thin told me she knew what was wrong with me.
i told her after 49 years togeather she should have a list. she then showed me something i had not noticed. i had a ceiling fan runningunder a 4ft 4 tube light. with the position of my new mill it was right over head and acting like a strobe light. it really screwed up my head. so then the worst happened [i had to tell her she was right] woo is me

Just a small warning, don't ground both ends of the cable, ok to do one end, it helps with the sheilding, but if you do both ends IT MAY blow a board in the control

You can also order a 25 ft cable with DB9 for PC to DB25 for CNC, any make / model off our website for $37.50.

Longer lengths are available and if you want to make it yourself, we have some wiring diagrams and recommended raw cable on our site.
