I am in the process of setting up the same system as you, I have encountered a small problem in that when i post a program that has multisteps, between each step in the code it writes a spindle speed on its own, eg S2000. the controller does not like this,,, If I modify program and take this line out then it loads and runs,,, I am not to sure iof my problem lis with the MP parameters as I dont have a manual with these in,,, Your comments would be welcom and if you have a list of your MP parameters??

Hi i too run and interact 1 mk 2 with a tnc2500 controller and i use tnc remo software down loaded from the heidenhain website and have done so for years. i create my programmes using ezcam currently running version 16 producing mould tools and it does everything i have asked it to do with out any problems.

Remember that EZCAM and FEATURE CAM were married to Bridgeport thus their post processors for the Heidenhain controls worked very well. Anything else was the 'competition" and was not supported.
