I have a Boss 5 Series 1 and last night I had a new problem that I have not run into previously. My spindle kicked off in the middle of a program. It was a little bit of a heavy cut in aluminum. I turned the spindle switch off, hit the limit switch, hit the spindle enable and it restarted. The problem is that the feed did NOT stop!! Could have been bad if I was not able to quickly hit the E-stop. Any ideas why it didn't kick out the relay? I think the CR2??? Thanks in advance! |
