How test bridgeport CNC S1 stepper control boards?

How test bridgeport CNC S1 stepper control boards? I buyed last weekend
that machine, and it's totally messed up. It's do nothing any of
button or switches on control panel. N,F,S,T, Metric and ABS lights are on,
7-segment show only zeros, ERR-light is off. TEST board is missing in logic cabinet, but is that place only for diagnostic? And what is on RSS-board,
that connector? Missed sometihng?
I don't care about anything that above very much,
but I have test somehow those stepper boards. Ideas? I'm retrofitting
this machine...
Schematics, if anyone have, will be nice.

RRS board is extended memory. Have only seen one in 25 years. Not necessary to run.
Test slot I have never used. Never seen it used. Did have a board extender that was used to move boards out for access.
Board are known to be good or bad by what they do or do not do. Otherwise they are sent out for testing.
