Interact 1 Mk2 with Heidenhain TNC155B

Does anyone have the machine parameters for this combination, or know how you can retrive them from the memory and back them up, my machine has not lost its parameters but i would like a copy just in case

should just be while viewing the parameters, hit the ext key, then 'no ent'. If you have your comm set up, you should be good to go

That certainly works on my Interact 1 / TNC151B, (just been out and proved it) and I know I have read it in one of the manuals, but I'm blowed if I can find where! If running TNCserver it saves the file with an .MP file type

thanks for the advice i will give it a try, if anyone knows where in a manual backing up parameters is covered i would appreciate the link

If you have RS232 set up go to MOD, CODE ( damm, I have to look that up but I think it is 95148), now you see the parameters.
Press EXT and it will ask ENTER PARAMETERS?
You reply with NOENT and it dumps them to the PC.

its been 95148 fer over 20 years...145 to 530..

OK I've found it in the manual at last !!!! : It is in a flow chart on page 67 of 'Mounting instructions and Interface Circuit Control-Maschine of August 1986

Hopefully a scanned image will be attached to this posting but never having done it before one lives in hope !!!
