Finally! This has been in the work for almost a year with so many interuptions that I finally had to just do it. All control hardware removed and replaced with Centent drives and 233 AMD PC running CNCZeus. No hard drive just a 512 meg CF card. Computer boots up in about 10 seconds and most of that time is for RAM checking. VFD fitted for spindle motor under software speed and direction control. MPG and rapid and feed override switching. It's amazing how good it feels to have this project done and everything working. I will post pics tomorrow. Tracy |
