I am looking at a 1980 Hurco KM-1 and I was wondering what all is need to covert it to a PC controlled machine?

I own one of those and all i know you can do with it.is store your programs to the pc.All programing has to be done on the control panel.

Money and time. More of the former if you are low on the latter.

All kidding aside it would depend on the current state of the controls and power supplies and what kind of final performance you are looking for.
