BP S1 Z axis retrofit

I need to know where to find designs of Home shop Z axis retrofits/kits/parts for a bridgeport series 1 quill. The origonal design had a ballscrew.
It has an Analam 1100 which was an OEM retrofit In 1993-4. Software and electronics except 1 Glentec servo drive(the drive is missing) present/working but not head assembly.
Need servo drive and motor/drive assembly design/parts. There is a Z linear encoder hooked up already. It will make space problems if not included in the design. Please help !
If anyone knows anything about Anilam 1100 hardware/software please contact me. This is my first CNC mill. I have never worked with one before.
I am a retired electrical engineer and self taught machinist Thanks !

Look for my CNC Conversion Blog post on this forum. I did my own Z axis. Might have some applications. But it sounds like you have 75% of the parts you need.
