BP Series 1 R2E3 (Boss8?) - NEED Manuals.

Hey all, new to the boards here.
Need some help with my bp r2e3 i believe its a boss 8, and it keeps erroring out when i try to run a demo for my students - I really need the prog/install/maint. manuals if possible from anyone in any format (pdf, website, paper copies,cd...). If there is a real problem with it i doubt my school district will shell out the $$ for repairs.

What is the error message?
Did you set the TLOs? And the part program zero?
Spindle needs to be running to do a feedrate.
Try machinemanuals.net for manuals on CDROM.

thanks for responding so quickly, the errors range from 0001, 0010, 0040... all occurr during routine demos for my students that other students are running (with or without me helping). They range from facing off blocks then milling a series of small pockets or concentric rings... very simple stuff.
TLO & zeros are set and programs cleared prior to loading a new one.
Are there any other forums or websites that may have the programming manual (for free)?
I know i wont get reimbursed for the cost of the manuals thats why i am reaching out on forums.
