Could someone tell me how to manually input a single straight line move into Heidenhain TNC151 using ISO commands. I am selecting the MDI mode, but it seems I get either a response of "IMPROPER BLOCK FORMAT" or "KEY NON-FUNCTIONAL" when I try to enter a line. Regards, Julian |

| OK I had this problem last year with my Interact 1 / Heidenhain TNC151 and eventually found the solution in one of the manuals, copied it and stuck it inside the tool cupboard door. Guess what - I've just been out to the workshop to find it for you, and the sheet isn't there !!! ...argh. I'll browse a few manuals and see if I can remember what it is.
