Interact 412, Spindle Drive

I've got a Bridgeport Interact 412, fairly old, and I am getting an alarm for the spindle drive motor( alarm 2006, also diagonostics code R0690.5). I was wondering if any body has come accross this problem before. I have looked at the boards and cant find anything that sems to be wrong. If any one has ideas let me know

I have just purchased an interact 412 with Heidenhain 151 control. Its in rough shape, and the guy replaced what I believe was the spindle controller with a Mitsubishi VFD. I was hoping you might be able to give me some information about what originally came with the machine. It looks like the backing plate says Bosch, but that's all I can make out. I'm hoping to get a model number or something that would help me restore this thing back to it original state, as you can't use the tool carriage with the VFD.
