| Great on site service is available from BPT Machines in Carol Stream IL 630-984-9942. He services the states surrounding Illinois - Brian came to my shop in Michigan to service a very unique application of Bridgeport ExTrak mill system I don't know about "phone support" but he's a former Bridgeport factory tech who struck out on his own when Bridgeport folded. Real sharp and fair/reasonable pricing. In Southeast USA, contact McDaniel Machinery (Pelham, AL) 205-403-9900. This is the home of another factory trained Bridgeport tech guy who provides on-site tech support. Asside from calling Hardinge direct, you're going to be hard pressed to get "free" phone support. Best source of "free" support is via a posting your inquiry in the Hardinge/Bridgeport section of this M/B and/or the Practical Machinist website. |
