| I just scored a miller from work but its headless! I picked up a series I head with the vari drive thats is all intact but needs to get rebuilt. I have no idea whats wrong with it but was told that it smoked and sparked when it was run last. I want to pull it apart and see if theres anything obvious and easy to fix first. But how much am I talking to swap this head for a rebuilt unit? Im in the new england area. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks |

| I have rebuilt heads for as little as 650 dollars to as much as 3500 dollars. It all depends on what is wrong. Parts are the majority of the cost. George
