Well I知 getting down to the nitty gritty. I知 using the Campbell breakout board plus, larken cobras + 69vdc supply. Can I use the original switches for limits and homing on a boss 5? Bob has a little info on using a NC micro as a home switch. Are the boss switches usable? What amperage should I run the drives at and whats the best position to set the jumper? Any advice on wiring the motors. What experience is out there, full or half winding? I did find some info on how to connect them to geckos using all the windings. I知 not sure yet on the make of them they are the ones with the fins. The info I have states: Gecko pin to Superior or ML12 motor pin 3to7+4 4to5+8 5to1+2 6to6+3 Gecko pin to sigma motor pin 3to3+6 4to5+6 5to4+8 6to7+8 Is there any way to make sure I don稚 get things fuged. Can I use an ohm meter or something. I壇 hate to let the magic smoke out right when things are coming together. Thanks for any info Stephen |
