Post DX-32 automatic corner overide ?

I'm making some part that does need precise cutting sometimes and with a lot of curves in them. The DX32 control on the Torq-Cut 22 slows down the cutter a lot in inner coners for a precise cut but I dont need these parts to be precise. Low cutting time id what we are looking at with these parts and this feature just kill's us with this slowing in tight corners.

Right now i have like a 165 ipm feed and in some cases it slows down to like 10 ipm...

I worked on Mazak's in the past and there was a parameter to adjust to set this feature for less agressives slow downs in corners, If I remember right, it was called : automatic corner overide

I never changed any parameters in my Torq-cut so I want to be sure to change the right parameter.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Look into G44 which is supposed to cancel feed rate modification with cutter comp going around a radius. A G99 is also listed as a deceleration over ride.
I looked this up in a programming manual.

I tried G44 with no success, I'll check on the G99...

    Thanks!

Try a G48 which is listed as corner rounding OFF.
G49 is ON and is usually the default when powered up or reset.
