    R2E4 Startup problems

    R2E4
    Power on
    enable drives
Saftey message says to press enter to continue
    mill does not acknowlege keypad

rebooted and hit a key and the attached screen came up

This was the reason this machine was retired so to speak. (it has led a sheltered life at Eastern Kentuckey U)

I have not aquired the manuals yet, just trying to get it to home.

Any Help would be greatly appreciated

Check the LED status across the top of the FMDC board. There are 8 LEDs. The two green ones at one end must be blinking at a different rate from each other which indicates it paseed its self test and is running. If not, reseat the board, check the logic supply voltage, etc.

only one of the green led's was blinking
Is the correct blinking mean it has checked it's self or does it mean it has checked the whole machine?
I did re-seat the cards earlier today.
Is there a a specific place to check logic supply?
    Thank You
