I recently purchased a Bridgeport CNC Series 1 Rigid Ram. I'm converting it to PC/Mach3 control using Darek's (Hillbilly) BOB. While cleaning it up I found that the wiring in the manual starter box was disconnected. I'm hoping someone could help me get this thing wired properly. Thanks in advance, Mark The wires in the box are numbered as follows: 39 - White 40 - White/Black 128 - Black 135 - Black/White 194 - Red 214 - Red/Black 218 - Orange 219 - Orange/Black 221 - Blue 229 - Green/Black 230 - Blue/Black Below is a picture of the back of the switches with the jumpers that were already installed. I added wire numbers to the photo. |

| Mark, I had the exact same problem last weekend. Here are 2 images of the inside of my starter box. On the right is the 3 position switch. On the left is the E stop and spindle enable. I hope this helps. Drop me an e-mail and I'll walk you through it if you want. Mark Hasenberg |
