Hi everyone! I have a problem with fitting a 4th axis to my machine. I'll try to make this as simple as possible. I have two Interact 1 MKII machines. Machine "A" and machine "B". Machine "A" has my 4th axis fitted and working. Machine "B" has had a 4th axis on and working by its previous owner. I want to put my 4th axis from machine "A" onto "B". Once I had plumbed up the relevent pipes, wires etc. I recieve a "Gross position error" whilst passing over reference points on the initial start up sequence. Can anyone help me?? Many thanks in advance! Duncan Ritchie. |

| There are multiple gross positioning errors. What is the letter at the end of the error? Did you change the necessary parameters to set up the control for the 4th axis? Some have an air brake. Is it releasing? George
