Series 1 Power Issue

I am in the process of upgrading a BP S1 RR to PC control with Mach 3. I am doing the basic inspection of the mill and the machine seems to have been wired for 460 VAC even though all the plates on the cabinets say 230 VAC. I have changed the jumpers on Transformer T2 (from 460 to 230) but I still only get 60 volts out of terminals H1 and H4 on transformer T1 (it should be 103 to 127).

Can anyone shed some light on this? I have all the manuals, but they aren't very helpful for someone starting with a used mill. Also, there is a jumper between H2 and H3 on T1. Should that be there?

Here is how the single phase control transformer jumpers are arranged for high and low voltage. Hope this helps.

Thanks, that's exactly what I needed! I have it properly jumped now and my power is OK. Where did you find that?

I should have my Ashburn breakout board completely operational in the next 2 days.

I've not heard of a Ashburn breakout board, do they have a internet presence ?

I had to add the jumpers to the drawing. The prints show how to jump the 3 phase transformer but show nothing on the single phase one.
