I am in the process of upgrading a BP S1 RR to PC control with Mach 3. I am doing the basic inspection of the mill and the machine seems to have been wired for 460 VAC even though all the plates on the cabinets say 230 VAC. I have changed the jumpers on Transformer T2 (from 460 to 230) but I still only get 60 volts out of terminals H1 and H4 on transformer T1 (it should be 103 to 127). Can anyone shed some light on this? I have all the manuals, but they aren't very helpful for someone starting with a used mill. Also, there is a jumper between H2 and H3 on T1. Should that be there? Thanks for your help Mark |
