I have a Bridgeport EZ Trak DX II with a CP Butterfly unit on top of the drawbar, ie...change the tools out with air. The top of the drawbar has a type of spline on the top where the CP Butterfly unit hooks up. The spline is worn a bit, and I think that is causing my problem. My problem is when I try to take my collet out of the machine the air doesn't want to engage, I have no problem putting the collet in...so I am thinking there may be some type of switch that needs to be pushed to let the CP Butterfly or the Drawbar know that it needs air to remove the collet...am I close on my guess...and if that is it...Where can I go to get a new drawbar...or the part that goes on the drawbar that has the spline on it? I have checked in books and on line but didn't see the drawbars with the spline part...Any help would be greatly appreciated...
Thank-You in advance
