Does anyone know where I can find a replacement z-axis AL pulley for my BOSS 5? The one I have has seen better days. I also notices that the pulley AND belt have grease on them. Is this normal?...or is there a bad seal in the head somewhere? How about a good source for spindle bearings and seals. My spindle is operational, but has been sitting. During the sit, oil has dribbled out of it a little. Is this telling me that the seals need replacing? Is this normal? It's not pouring out....but there are drops of oil on the table from it. I have a Quik 200 on it. Thanks!!! -Brady |

| You should have an oil line running up to your head. This will oil your quill and ball screw. The excess will be flung onto the belt and pulleys. Some will also come down the quill and onto the table. George

| I do not have a BOSS 4 manual at the office but from a BOSS 6: motor pulley is a 12770133, driven pulley is a 11770181. Call Hardinge. I will see what the BOSS 5 manual shows for these parts when I get home. George
