Problems with DNC to BOSS 8 R2E3

Can anyone provide some insight on our latest problem:

We got our R2E3 to load programs into memory using EZUtils and run them with no problems. Now, we need to get the DNC working for a program that is too large for the memory. We tried this using EZUtils; with the connection established to the mill through the EZLink option under the "ToCNC" menu, we select DNC at the mill and type the file name in on the control panel. The computer says "data transfer in progress" and the mill says "DNC Link" with the program listed. When we try to run the program, the mill starts moving wrong, not according to the program at all. We made sure the memory was clear, so we know it's not another program plugging it up. Just to heck, we also tried using DNC on a program that we knew worked just by loading into memory...that one went nuts too with DNC.

I've tried using this LDEZLINK program, but have never gotten that one to talk to the mill even to do remote loading...can only get EZUtils to talk to it. Any ideas?
