| Just because the axis is noy physically on a limit switch, you may still have a stuck switch, broken switch, broken wire, bad 24 VDC, etc. Do you have the wiring schematic? George

| The axis limit "string" is wired in series. With the negative of a meter attached to ground, just do along the terminal strip to see where the 24VDC stops. The wire numbers are on the print. The terminal strip is in the back of the machine. Wher the voltage stops indicates where the switch is open or a wire is broken. No 24VDC would mean it is time to check the power supply or the emergency stop switch. George

| BTW: i believe I have a couple of powertron motors in my stash at the office as well as a couple of axis drives. Just in case, so you do not need to panic. i have to double check. George
